This is the system we use every day in Lumen Log warehouses. It handles delivery notices and receiving, put-away, reservations, picking, packing and dispatch.
It serves multiple clients in one warehouse with fully separate stock, reports and billing — which is why it works both for fulfilment providers and for a trading company’s own warehouse.

Receiving and delivery notices
Scanning of EAN, GS1-128 and SSCC labels, quantity checks during unloading, batch and expiry date handling.
Locations and stock
Multiple locations, separate stock for each client, stock reservations for orders and ongoing stocktaking without stopping warehouse work.
Picking and packing
Picking routes, scanner verification of every item, weighing at the packing station and a courier label printed as soon as the parcel is closed.
Mobile app
Warehouse staff can receive deliveries, pick orders, carry out stocktakes and record stock transfers on a scanner or phone. They don’t have to go back to a computer every time.
Client panel
The owner of the goods sees stock, receipts, orders and movement history in real time.
Fulfilment billing
Automatic calculation of fees for storage, receiving, picking, packing and materials. The summary serves as the basis for invoicing the client.
Integrations
Integration with stores and sales platforms via Indock, with couriers via Uniship and with returns handling via Reverdo. An API is also available.
