What do we need to quote a shipment?
Tell us the delivery country and postcode, plus the weight and dimensions of the parcel. With this information we can check the available services, including for islands, remote regions and non-EU countries.

Do I have to use the Lumen Log warehouse?
Uniship can be implemented independently of our warehouse. If you are only interested in courier services, tell us your dispatch location and the expected number of parcels. Based on that, we’ll discuss the terms of cooperation.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the destination, the parcel parameters and the chosen service. In your enquiry, include postcodes, weight and dimensions so that we can prepare a specific proposal.
What about countries outside the European Union?
Tell us where you ship and what goods you send. We’ll check whether we can deliver and let you know what information is needed for shipping.
What should I do if a parcel is delayed?
Check the shipment status and contact us with the tracking number. This lets us identify the order and agree on the next steps.
